Csl. Cheptoek Gabriel is a founding partner of I.A.S. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, Kampala, together with a postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.

He is a candidate for a Master’s in Corporate Governance at Makerere University, Kampala.

He is also the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to several companies and Non-Government Organizations.
