Csl. Ilukor Emmanuel is the founding and managing partner of I.AS in charge of business and oversight. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. He is also a candidate for a Master’s in Oil and Gas law – Energy, Petroleum, and Natural Resources at the University of Aberdeen and Dundee, Scotland, U.K.

Csl. Ilukor Emmanuel is an enrolled Advocate of the Courts of Judicature in Uganda and a member of the East African Law society with considerable experience in legal practice and consultancy having practiced previously with Odokel Opolot & Co Advocates, Ms Wamimbi & Co. Advocates, firms dealing in, among others, commercial matters, conveyance, litigation and debt recovery for a number of clients including money lending institutions.

He is also a Legal Adviser to formidable companies and Non- Government Organizations.
